Mentor Code & Policies
As a mentor on MentorInSite, you play a pivotal role in shaping the future of civil servants. Our policies ensure a professional, secure, and rewarding environment for your expertise.
1. Professional Conduct
- • Maintain the highest standards of integrity and professionalism during sessions.
- • Provide accurate guidance based on real experience and verified preparation strategies.
- • Respect the time and aspirations of the mentees; join sessions punctually.
- • Zero tolerance for any form of harassment, inappropriate language, or exploitation.
2. Earnings & Payouts
Mentors are compensated based on their set hourly or per-session rates. MentorInSite processes payouts on a regular cycle after verifying completed sessions.
Platform fees may apply to cover operational costs and maintenance. Detailed earnings reports are available in the Mentor Dashboard.
3. The 10-Minute Compatibility Rule
To ensure quality matching, aspirants have the right to discontinue a session within the first 10 minutes if they feel the guidance style is not a fit. In such cases, the mentor may not be compensated for that specific session as it qualifies for a compatibility refund.
This policy encourages mentors to provide immediate value and establish clear expectations from the very start of the interaction.
4. Verification & Trust
All mentors must undergo a verification process, including the submission of marksheets and identity proof. MentorInSite reserves the right to suspend any mentor found misrepresenting their credentials or violating user safety policies.
