1. Respectful Engagement
- • Treat mentors with respect and acknowledge their time and effort.
- • Use appropriate language and maintain focus on educational and strategic guidance.
- • Do not share private session content, recordings, or mentor contact details externally.
- • Report any unprofessional behavior immediately through official channels.
2. Your Safety: The 10-Minute Rule
Your satisfaction is our priority. If within the first 10 minutes of a session you feel that the mentor's style or expertise doesn't align with your needs, you can discontinue the session.
How it works:
In such cases, you qualify for a full refund or platform credits to find another mentor, provided you notify us within 1 hour of the session.
3. Attendance & Punctuality
Missed sessions without prior 12-hour notice are non-refundable. Punctuality is essential for maintaining the effectiveness of the mentorship ecosystem.
4. Secure Preparation
Your preparation details and identity are protected under our global Privacy Policy. We do not share your sensitive information with third parties without your explicit consent.
